Hi! I’m Katie Castillo, a licensed Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer in the state of Texas. I moved to Texas from Wisconsin to attend Baylor University (Sic ‘Em Bears!) in 2011 and graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2015. I then attended University of St. Augustine in Austin, graduating with my Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2018. After a 5 year stint in an outpatient hospital based clinic and the birth of my son in 2023, I founded Strength & Dignity Wellness, a boutique Women’s Health Physical Therapy practice. I have a passion for treating women with pelvic floor & orthopedic injuries through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. My mission is to help mothers improve function during and after pregnancy so they can be the best version of “Mom” they can be for their children.

Leah is a licensed occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals of all ages and diagnoses. Her background has given her a deep understanding of how the body functions as an integrated whole and how healing requires both compassion and knowledge. Before becoming an occupational therapist, Leah worked as a teacher—a foundation that now shines through in her love for educating and empowering her patients to understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery.

Leah’s passion for pelvic health grew from her own personal experiences with endometriosis, infertility, and miscarriage. These challenges deepened her empathy and strengthened her calling to walk alongside women on their healing journeys with gentleness, faith, and encouragement.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Leah outdoors with her husband and 5-year-old son, taking beach trips whenever possible, or trying a new recipe at home.
